Heart-deep joy for nature lovers! Not just when unpacking. But two years long, over and over again, whether on the computer or on the smartphone. This is promised by a very special Christmas present that is available from BüllsPort. Even in lockdown, with a few mouse clicks. Including free delivery, of course…

The extraordinary gift consists of an extraordinary sponsorship – the sponsorship of a quiver tree, the heraldic plant of southern Namibia. In return, sponsors can look forward to an adoption certificate, regular news from the world of the quiver trees and a lodge discount for future visits.

Good gift doing good

You can of course also give the “adoptive child” to yourself. And you can choose your tree. There is a satellite map on the “My Quiver Tree” page that shows the location of each of the trees in the Quiver Tree Gorge. Below the map you will find a photo gallery with portraits of the trees.

Much of the joy of sponsoring comes from doing good. Each sponsor actively helps to conserve the world of the quiver trees in the Naukluft mountains at BüllsPort Lodge & Farm. Since the initiative started in September, more than 20 sponsors have adopted a quiver tree .

Thank you from the quiver trees

The quiver tree adoption is valid for two years. There are three categories to choose from – for N$ 2,000, N$ 5,000 and N$ 10,000 (1 N$ = 1 South African Rand; current rate of exchange). All quiver tree sponsors are entitled to a 25% discount on the price of their stays as a thank you – in case they want to meet their adoptive child personally and maybe take a selfie.

The satellite map on the “My Quiver Tree” page does not only show the locations of the quiver trees. It also offers the opportunity to virtually hike in the Quiver Tree Gorge. This is a small present from BüllsPort to all those Namibia fans who have to prepare spending Christmas in a strict lockdown.
