Hiking, horse riding and round drives in the nature of the Naukluft Mountains. This is what guests particularly appreciate about B\u00fcllsPort, as can be seen from their enthusiastic comments on Google, TripAdvisor & Co. On top of this, two things are mentioned again and again that are increasingly rare on round trips through Namibia…<\/p>\n

Overall, the feedback from guests is extremely positive. More than 90 percent of the reviews on Google consist of four or five out of five possible stars. The same is true for TripAdvisor. Booking.com says ‘fabulous’, with 8.8 out of 10 possible points. A reason for B\u00fcllsport to be happy, of course, but also an incentive to maintain its standard or even improve it further.<\/p>\n

Two highlights besides hiking and riding<\/strong><\/h5>\n

“BuellsPort Lodge & Farm is the perfect base for exploring the Naukluft Mountains. It\u00b4s run by the Sauber family, who has been living here for decades. It\u00b4s not a fancy lodge at all, but a genuine Namibian guest farm where we felt very welcome. (…) The staff were all extraordinary kind, and it was also a pleasure to talk to the owners of the farm; Johanna and Ernst – and play with their three kind dogs.”<\/p>\n

This comment on TripAdvisor addresses what many guests of B\u00fcllsPort cite as highlights in addition to the offered experiences such as hiking and horseback riding: The farm operation with horses and sheep and the personal contact with the hosts. Both seem to be appreciated all the more, the less they are found in Namibia’s growing travel industry with newly emerging lodges.<\/p>\n

The facilities at B\u00fcllsPort also receive high marks. These include the good, free WiFi, the spacious rooms and the farm cuisine with fresh farm produce.<\/p>\n

Of course, there is sometimes criticism. Often it is based on false expectations. B\u00fcllsPort then always checks whether its offer could be better communicated via website, social media and partners in the travel industry. Sometimes there are also misunderstandings, which B\u00fcllsPort can then clear up retrospectively by replying.<\/p>\n

B\u00fcllsPort was particularly pleased about a comment on Google:
“A very recommendable ecological farm, (…) the sheep and (riding) horses are very present. We had been excited about the offer on the website for a long time, so we booked for three nights. And we did not regret it. Beautiful, very spacious rooms, great hiking opportunities and a very relaxed atmosphere where you can also experience the farm if you wish. What we will definitely remember are the 4×4 tours with Ludo and David in the Naukluft Mountains, where you can see kudus, springboks, klipspringers, zebras and leopards if you are lucky.”<\/p>\n
